How to read the data states
Telemetry means timestamped meter readings. Approved document evidence means billing-period aggregates published by GridEvidence after human review. Missing means a value cannot be established. Measured zero requires valid observations showing no use; a blank export is never zero.
This monthly example contains a deliberate gap. It does not claim telemetry freshness, approved evidence or measurement accuracy.
