What is included
- 1–3 sites and up to 15 existing meters or endpoints.
- 60 historical documents at onboarding; 20 new documents per month.
- Mapping, a portfolio view and one reviewed owner report each month.
- Weekly onboarding check-ins, then monthly review; 60 minutes of routine support per month.
Routes are assessed individually: CSV export, structured manual input or a specifically confirmed API. Document review can be arranged separately through GridEvidence. Automatic transfer between the apps is not included in the current workflow.
Discovery price
R2,500 setup + R750 per month
90 days. Tax is determined separately in the written quote.
First three customers only. Extra endpoints: R50 per month after a reviewed scope change. Renewal is quoted from observed service costs.
No utility billing or vending, new hardware, custom integrations or guaranteed savings. Work beyond included document/support limits requires a separate quote.
From assessment to your first report
- Prepare and send the brief below. It contains source descriptions, not bills or credentials.
- We confirm supported formats, meter mapping, authorized access, recipients, retention and exit terms.
- Agree the written scope, prices and terms. The setup invoice must be settled before a human activates the pilot.
- Receive your tenant invitation and agreed private upload route. An operator onboards sources; authorized humans review important facts.
- Review your first report, agree actions and repeat next month. Discuss usefulness and renewal before the pilot ends.
