Start with a source description

The pilot enquiry asks for site and meter counts, the type of source and the reporting task. Do not include bills, account numbers, tenant details, passwords or API keys.

The form prepares a draft in your current tab. It is not submitted to us automatically. If you open the email link, the draft is passed to your chosen mail app; you decide whether to send it. Downloading saves a text file on your device.

Agree the private workflow first

Before receiving customer documents, we agree the supported sources, authorized users, intended recipients, processing services, retention and exit or deletion arrangements in the written pilot scope. We then provide the agreed workspace invitation and upload route.

Do not use ordinary enquiry email or WhatsApp for private documents. The WhatsApp link opens a general conversation with Topo Software without passing your form entries; you decide what to send there. A demo, enquiry or link to another SizeSolar product does not grant access to your data or transfer it between products.

Electricity documents and OCR

Where the pilot uses GridEvidence, document extraction may involve an external OCR provider. Its actual processing terms must be confirmed for your pilot before upload. OCR suggests values; authorized people check the original source before facts are approved. Automatic cross-app synchronization is not part of the current offer.

Support, access and deletion requests

Contact [email protected] to discuss access, correction, deletion or ending a pilot. Describe the request without including sensitive documents or credentials. We will establish the authorized account and applicable arrangements before acting.
